At Discover Organizing, we have always prided ourselves on employee safety. Our existing measures of providing our employees with safety training, Personal Protective Equipment, and environmental cleanliness will be continued, with added efforts. The additions to our protocols include the wearing of face masks at all times, frequent and regular hand cleansing through the means of hand-washing on site and the use of hand sanitizer, the use of personal air cleaners (ionizers), and the use of portable air cleaners designed to kill viruses and bacteria in the air.
In our office in Bridgeville, all employees are required to take their temperatures upon arrival, and document the readings in our daily temperature log. Our workstations are at least 6 feet apart. We have a hand and surface sanitation station and high touch areas (door knobs, desks, computer areas and peripherals, printers and our little kitchen appliances) are sanitized throughout the day and at the end of each business day.
If any of our team members travel outside of the area for vacation, we are following the Allegheny County recommended protocol for returning to work safely.
