How long have you been with Discover Organizing?: 3 ½ years

Outside of the office, what are some of your hobbies or passions?

Renovating our home. Boating. Spending time with our children and grandchildren. I also do energy healing.

When and where do you have your best ideas?

While I’m sleeping or right after I wake up. Sitting by a body of water is good for my soul.

What is the most meaningful part of your job?

That I get to help people during what can be a difficult time in their life. Taking away some of their fears and concerns.

Did you have any unusual jobs before working at Discover Organizing?

I worked on sailing boats, crewing and cooking. I lived in Croatia, Greece, France, and the Caribbean just to name a few. One of those jobs required me to also be a tour guide, helping people navigate a strange country and foreign language. What was your first job?

I worked in a hotel in England when I was 14, delivering people their breakfast, then helping clean the rooms. At night I was a waitress. It was a busy summer.

What’s one quote that you love or defines your outlook on life?

You can’t take it with you, everything we own is borrowed. Only our love and compassion is ours to keep.

What’s your favorite restaurant?

If I don’t have to cook it, anywhere is great.

Every day is different.
